太陽の力

お盆休み。
もうこんなに休めることはないから、やりたいことをいっぱいやることにした。

とにかく外に出て、歩く歩く。
この異常な暑さの中、体には悪いのかもしれないけれど、太陽の光をたっぷり浴びれて幸せ。

おひさまの力はすごいなぁと思う。
ものすごく強くて、エネルギーに満ちている。
そのエネルギーをいっぱい分けてもらっている感じ。

充電。
とはいえ、まだ身体が万全ではないし、暑さは危険レベルだから、次の日しっかりと動けなくなるのでほどほどにしよう。

1 week off for summer vacation.
I will not able to have such a long vacation for the time being, so have decided to do all what I wanna do.

Going outside, and walking and walking.
In the scorching heat, it may be bad for my health, but I'm so happy to soak up some sun.

The sun has a strong power.
It's so powerful and filled with energy.
Feeling like the sun shares the power with me.

Recharging myself.

But my body is not perfectly okay yet and this heat is dangerous, so don't overdo it so that I can move the next day.
